Richard TallBear Westerman is a Native American entrepreneur and renewable energy developer with decades of experience in tribal economic development, infrastructure projects, and renewable energy systems. He has led and developed more than $100 million in projects across energy, construction, and gaming industries and currently owns a utility-scale solar facility that supplies electricity under a long-term power agreement.

He has led large organizations through major growth and transformation initiatives while developing advanced energy technologies including battery systems and next-generation energy infrastructure solutions.
